Warranty Terms and Conditions

SkyVG Digital Private Limited guarantees to the purchaser that this BLDC Fan carries a warranty for two years, commencing from the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials or workmanship occurs within the warranty period, SkyVG will assist in repair services of the product, at its expense. If the purchaser shifts their residence to another town, the warranty will be valid at the nearest SkyVG Authorised Service Center.. This warranty does not cover for the losses consequent in nature, including but not limited to such as loss of business, etc.

warranty is not applicable for normal wear & tear, scratches / breakages of plastic parts and accessories / peripherals external to the equipment, including the supplied remote control.. The repair service shall be carried out through SkyVG Authorised Service Centre /personnel.
The warranty can be availed also as a “carry-in” repair service at the SkyVG Authorised Service Centre‟s premises. The consumer is responsible to take care that the product is not damaged while transporting it to the service center.

Any transportation cost to & from the above service centers should be borne by the consumer. The remaining period of warranty after a warranty claim remains in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty of the original product. Time taken for repair services and in transit whether under the Warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

SkyVG and/or its authorized service center/personnel, reserve the right to retain worn out or defective part(s) or components replaced during the repair carried out under the warranty service. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company's prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs. SkyVG will only arrange for repair service if the filled warranty card is provided with the purchase proof. The purchase invoice should carry the model name & serial number reference of the product being presented for warranty.

The product is not defective under this warranty in the case where modifications become necessary for the product to comply with local or national technical standards that apply in countries for which the product was not originally designed and/or manufactured. (Example: change of power supply to make a product brought from a different country to suit local power conditions, does not get covered under warranty). To avoid unnecessary inconvenience we advise you to read the operating instructions given in the user manual carefully.
